Job summary

CircusTrix, LLC in San Francisco is hiring a Team Lead for a full-time, onsite role reporting to the General Manager. You will oversee operations, coach staff, and maintain guest experiences with safety and service excellence.

You will drive membership and program sales, supervise multiple departments, and ensure all opening/closing procedures are followed. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced park environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age and 2+ years in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation preferred.
• Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite; comfortable learning new platforms.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with coaching and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty to ensure safety, guest experience, and team accountability.
• Lead on-floor operations and cross-department coaching.
• Drive membership and program sales through guest engagement.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures and park cleanliness.
• Coordinate shift coverage and rotate into operational areas as needed.
