Job summary

CircusTrix Sky Zone is seeking a Team Lead for the onsite, part‑time role. You’ll rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, stepping in as MOD when leaders aren’t on site.

The role emphasizes guest experience, safety, and daily park operations, with a hands‑on, proactive approach. Compensation is $17 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, and 401(k) matching available to eligible full‑time staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest‑facing roles, ideally in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation strongly preferred.
• Basic proficiency with technology, including POS systems and tools like Microsoft Office Suite and Teams; comfortable learning new platforms as needed.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when the park is most alive.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and positively influence others.
• Hands‑on, team‑first mindset with personal ownership and calm, coachable leadership in high‑pressure moments.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present, ensuring operational excellence, safety compliance, and team accountability.
• Provide on‑the‑floor leadership by coaching, supporting, and delegating to Team Members across all departments.
• Rotate through key areas (Sales & Service, Parties & Events, Food & Beverage/Facilities) to maintain guest experiences.
• Drive membership and program sales by engaging guests and promoting park offerings.
• Oversee execution of parties and events, staffing, and upsell opportunities.
• Ensure safety policies, opening/closing procedures, and park cleanliness are upheld.
