Job summary

CircusTrix, LLC is seeking a Team Lead for part-time onsite work. You will rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, gaining leadership experience and running shifts with responsibility.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in guest-facing roles with supervisory experience, strong communication, and a hands-on, team-first mindset. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in operations or guest-facing roles with supervisory experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to coach and motivate others.
• Presence and adaptability in a fast-paced, multi-area environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty when GM/OM are not present, ensuring safety and operations.
• Provide on-the-floor leadership by coaching and delegating to Team Members.
• Lead in multiple park areas to maintain guest experiences and smooth operations.
• Communicate guest issues and safety concerns to Management promptly.
• Drive membership and program sales by engaging guests and promoting offerings.
• Maintain safety compliance and complete incident reports as needed.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures are executed accurately.
• Keep park clean and ready for activity across shifts.
• Rotationally lead in Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and F&B/Facilities.
