Job summary

CircusTrix dba Sky Zone is seeking a Team Lead to join our Operations team in California. This hands-on, early leadership role rotates through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, delivering on-shift responsibilities and guest satisfaction.

You'll step in as Manager on Duty when leaders are off-site, coach team members, ensure safety and smooth operations, and help drive sales and guest experiences in a fast-paced, onsite environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation preferred.
• Basic proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office; comfortable learning new tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty when leaders are not present.
• Lead guest interactions and promote park offerings.
• Enforce safety policies and ensure shift procedures.
• Coordinate parties, events, and programs to meet guest expectations.
• Oversee cafe items inventory and park cleanliness.
