Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Retail Experts. The role is on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States, focusing on in-person tax preparation and advisory services.

You will grow the client base in the local community, delivering accurate tax solutions and a personalized customer experience. The position requires onsite availability, strong tax knowledge, and the ability to engage with clients across diverse situations, possibly supporting

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted tax license (EA, CPA, or attorney) with strong tax prep experience.
• Must have or obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax return preparation (30+ returns per season) using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and state licensing requirements.

Responsabilités

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador, engaging with locals and turning prospects into clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers, including complex scenarios.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships through excellent service.
