Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as Retail Experts. You will work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location, providing in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers.

You will build relationships in the local community, attract new clients, and contribute to customer loyalty while leveraging TurboTax marketing resources. The role is non-exempt and requires on-site presence in the United States.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Have an active PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds when required.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, minimum 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax customers, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and future planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and help grow TurboTax client base in the local community.
