Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking dynamic individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a local TurboTax location. You will provide expert tax advice, prep returns, and coordinate with a broader advisory network to serve both individual and business clients.

You’ll grow the local client base through community outreach, organize events, and leverage marketing tools to build lasting relationships while delivering a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• Must be EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 1040s (personal and state).
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.
• Onsite TurboTax office work hours 8:00–17:00, 20+ hours per week.
• Complete required training and development as directed by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through grass-roots outreach and events.
• Coordinate with specialists for business and advisory services.
• Advise on deductions, planning, and future tax strategy.
• Represent TurboTax in community events and marketing efforts.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and virtually.
