Intuit seeks TurboTax - Local Service Experts in Maryland for on-site tax preparation and advisory services, serving individuals and small businesses.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base and collaborate with a network of specialists to deliver end-to-end service using Intuit tools.

Role requires onsite presence, strong tax knowledge, and a commitment to delivering a best-in-class customer experience within the local community.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided.
• Must be on site at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours weekly; training and compliance requirements apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparations for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem partners to offer advisory services.
