Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals for TurboTax Local Service Expert roles, onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while collaborating with specialists in business tax, payroll, and advisory services.

You will grow the local client base, foster long-term relationships, and leverage TurboTax tools to deliver year-round support and a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base and referrals.
• Connect clients to Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a seamless customer experience through in-person and virtual meetings.
