Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering full-service tax preparation and expert advice.

You’ll build long-term client relationships, grow the local practice, and coordinate with payroll, bookkeeping, and advisory teams to offer a comprehensive Intuit experience. Applicants should have active tax credentials, strong client services, and a willingness to work with marketing tools to expand community

Qualifications

• Active credentials (EA, CPA, or attorney) with strong tax prep experience.
• PTIN active as required by law to file taxes.
• Experience filing 1040s for individuals; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, optimize tax outcomes, and provide planning guidance.
• Build local client base and collaborate with specialists across Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in-person and virtually.
