Job summary

Intuit seeks proactive TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide tax preparation, advice, and software support, acting as a trusted advisor to help clients achieve positive financial outcomes.

You will build the local client base, engage the community, and work with TurboTax marketing to grow the business. This non-exempt, onsite role requires Sunday–Saturday availability, with a minimum weekly hour

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan for future taxes.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professional and empathetic service.
