Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You'll combine tax expertise with community engagement to help customers achieve positive financial outcomes. As a front-line tax professional, you'll provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, while building local relationships and growing TurboTax's client base through outreach and marketing collaboration.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• State licenses/certificates as required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite 20 hours/week, including weekends.
• Spanish bilingual is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds and provide tax planning guidance.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources, professional tools, and team expertise.
• Represent TurboTax locally and engage with the community to grow client base.
• Cultivate long-term relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
