Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to join a new TurboTax location in the United States. This onsite role focuses on full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, while coordinating with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.

You will grow the local client base through community outreach, events, and partnerships, building long-term relationships and delivering superior customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience preparing 1040 federal/state returns using professional software, familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week during standard hours.
• Complete required training and development per business needs.
• Must be willing to wear Intuit uniforms.
• Interested in building local and online presence for TurboTax in your community.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Drive local growth by outreach, events, and partnerships to grow the client base.
• Connect clients with complementary Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Maintain high-quality customer experience and year-round support.
