Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in a on-site role across the United States. You will provide tax preparation, advisory services, and seamless connections to Intuit’s ecosystem for personal and business needs.

You will build local relationships, drive client growth, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and via TurboTax tools, while aligning with marketing support and community outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney certification with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences across in-person and virtual meetings.
