You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software/product support to in-person customers, helping them navigate complex tax situations while growing the local client base. The role emphasizes community engagement, prospect outreach, and collaboration with TurboTax marketing support to build a thriving local business.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term trust with clients.
