You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers with tax needs, preparing returns, and providing software support in a friendly, community-focused setting.

You’ll build relationships, grow the local client base, and work with TurboTax marketing and tools to deliver a positive, empowering customer experience in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax preparation experience.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and client advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax in the local area.
• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
