The role combines tax expertise with community engagement, helping clients with tax preparation, advice, and software support while building long-term relationships. You’ll work on-site, represent the brand locally, and grow the client base with marketing support and personal outreach.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• PTIN required to file taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in a front‑facing retail environment.
