Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks diligent TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You’ll provide in-person tax return preparation, advice, and software support, helping clients navigate complex tax situations with clarity and care. As a trusted advisor, you’ll build relationships, grow the local TurboTax client base, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced, front-facing

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Front-facing retail environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Assist with deductions, amendments, and future tax planning.
• Lead and participate in local marketing to grow the client base.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Interact with customers in-person and through Intuit’s video tools.
