Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, helping customers navigate their taxes with personalized solutions.

You will grow TurboTax’s client base, engage the local community, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience while wearing a TurboTax uniform in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license to file taxes.
• Must have or be able to obtain state licenses and PTIN.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return experience with 30+ federal/state returns.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit tools; assist with tax planning.
