Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation for clients at a local TurboTax location. You will collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end services and help grow the local customer base.

In this role you’ll build long-term relationships, deliver quality tax solutions, and participate in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness of Intuit’s ecosystem of services. This is onsite in a TurboTax office within the United States.

Qualifications

• Active tax preparation credentials (EA/CPA/Attorney) with strong knowledge of tax laws.
• Must hold a PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season is preferred.
• Willing to grow into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, optimize tax outcomes, and plan for future taxes.
