Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts at our retail or flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers in-person, helping them navigate complex tax scenarios.

The role emphasizes community engagement, building local client relationships, and driving growth for TurboTax through proactive outreach and high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex returns.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide planning advice.
• Grow TurboTax client base within the local community and support marketing efforts to attract and retain clients.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations.
