Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team. You will provide full-service tax preparation, expert guidance, and software support at a TurboTax location, serving in-person and remote customers.

You will play a key role in building the local client base, forming long-term relationships, and delivering a seamless Intuit experience by coordinating with specialists across services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney license preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem offerings (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
