Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will perform in-person tax return preparation, offer tax advice, and support customers using TurboTax software while building a local client base. The role emphasizes community engagement, relationship building, and customer-first service, with a focus on expanding TurboTax’s presence within the local area.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
