Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will prepare tax returns, provide tax advice, and help clients maximize refunds while promoting Intuit’s products.

You will engage with the local community, attract new clients, and build ongoing relationships, leveraging marketing support and software to grow your TurboTax business.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA license or attorney license required.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return prep experience (30+ returns/season).
• Familiarity with Circular 230 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver excellent customer experience in-person at a retail location.
• Build long-term client relationships and grow local client base.
