Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as Retail Experts in a on-site capacity at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location.

You will deliver hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers while building local relationships and growing the client base in the community. You will work in-person with customers, leveraging tax knowledge and Intuit resources to provide accurate solutions, connect with clients, and contribute to a positive

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience with deep knowledge of tax law preferred.
• Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador by representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects to convert them into clients.
• Provide Tax Expertise with hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex tax situations.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience through professionalism and genuine interest in helping clients achieve financial goals.
• Collaborate with marketing and use TurboTax tools to grow the local client base and foster long-term relationships.
