Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers at on-site TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide.

You'll provide full-service tax return preparation, advice, and software support while building local relationships. This non-exempt on-site role emphasizes community engagement, prospecting new clients, delivering excellent service, and leveraging marketing tools to grow your client base.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Ability to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Front-facing retail environment experience.

Aufgaben

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador: represent TurboTax locally and engage with new prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Assist with tax planning, deductions optimization, and amendments where appropriate.
• Deliver excellent customer experience through professionalism and empathy.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and encourage referrals.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit tools for communications.
