Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, serving in-person customers and providing tax return preparation, advice, and software support.

You will drive client growth, build lasting relationships in the local community, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while adhering to Intuit policies and front-facing retail standards. This is an on-site, non-exempt role.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax location Sunday–Saturday, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government sites and professional tools.
• Grow TurboTax client base and build local community relationships.
