Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location, helping customers with tax returns, advice, and software support. You will grow the local client base and foster long-term relationships in the community.

You will leverage tax knowledge to deliver accurate solutions, accustomed to a fast-paced retail environment, and you will work with TurboTax marketing and tools to empower clients and teammates.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN is required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses/certificates/bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States, 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advisory services for TurboTax customers, including complex situations.
• Drive local client growth through outreach, events, and collaboration with TurboTax marketing.
