Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while engaging with the local community to grow the client base. You will work onsite as part of a team of financial experts, handling a range of tax situations, and representing TurboTax in local marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license to file taxes.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador and grow TurboTax presence locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
