Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will work on-site assisting customers with in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, building relationships and driving local client growth. The role emphasizes community engagement, tax expertise, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license; PTIN required.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location; Sunday–Saturday, minimum 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a trusted advisor and community face.
• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers; handle simple to complex returns.
• Grow the TurboTax client base in local communities with marketing support and community engagement.
