Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You’ll provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and product support, leveraging your expertise to tailor guidance to each client’s situation.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base by engaging the community, building relationships, and coordinating with marketing support to drive loyalty and referrals.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit’s video tools to assist with tax needs.
