Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking experienced TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers in person, leveraging your tax expertise to build trust and drive prosperity in your community. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sundays–Saturdays, for at least 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex tax scenarios.
• Deliver personalized tax planning and advisory guidance in clear, everyday language.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through community engagement and relationship building.
