Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to help customers achieve positive financial outcomes. You’ll grow the local TurboTax client base through community engagement, participate in local marketing with TurboTax resources, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, and plan for the future.
• Use government resources and team expertise to deliver accurate tax solutions in everyday language.
• Grow the local client base and foster long-term relationships through community engagement.
