Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building lasting client relationships in your community. This role emphasizes proactive outreach, local marketing participation, and delivering a superior customer experience in a front-facing retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, Sunday–Saturday, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Interest in building local community presence and online content as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare taxes for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
• Lead local marketing efforts and grow the client base with TurboTax support.
