Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as on-site Retail Experts, helping customers with expert tax preparation and software support at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, attract new clients, and grow the local TurboTax client base while delivering a best-in-class customer experience and leveraging marketing support.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional tax software.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally and build the client base in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions and provide future planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
