Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Retail Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert advice, and software support to in-person customers, while growing the local client base and building lasting relationships. You will leverage your tax expertise and market awareness to demystify taxes for clients, drive customer loyalty, and collaborate with TurboTax marketing and support teams.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license
• PTIN required to file taxes
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses/certificates
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software
• Familiarity with Circular 230
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours per week
• Ability to build local online/offline social presence as a TurboTax Expert
• Must reside within the United States

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Grow TurboTax client base in the local community through outreach and marketing activities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and help clients achieve financial goals.
• Utilize Intuit tools and tax resources to provide accurate, personalized tax solutions.
