Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at retail or flagship locations in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers, building trusted relationships and growing the local client base with community outreach.

The role emphasizes in-person service, compliance with tax regulations, and leveraging marketing support to drive customer loyalty while delivering a best-in-class experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds may be required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and offer future planning advice.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions in plain language using government resources and team expertise.
