This on-site role combines tax expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs.

As a TurboTax - Retail Expert, you will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, while growing TurboTax’s client base locally and delivering

Qualifications

• Active tax license (EA/CPA or attorney) preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience with TurboTax/product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador and attract new clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and trust.
• Grow client base through local marketing and referrals.
