Intuit seeks year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while building local relationships and growing the client base with marketing support.

The role emphasizes community engagement, direct customer service, and using TurboTax tools to deliver accurate tax solutions.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience
• PTIN required by law to file taxes
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season using professional software
• Familiarity with Circular 230
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform
• Willing to work in a front-facing retail environment

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds
• Deliver personalized tax solutions using government resources and professional tools
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement and marketing support
