Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers at on-site TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, building trust and long-term relationships with clients in their local communities. The role emphasizes community outreach, outstanding customer service, and collaboration with TurboTax marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must reside within the United States and be willing to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Experience with Circular 230 and tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Develop local marketing activities and nurture client relationships in the community.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit tools to deliver excellent service.
