Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated, on-site TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while engaging with the local community to grow the client base. The role emphasizes customer service, tax knowledge, and relationship building, with the flexibility to support seasonal demand and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Experience with tax preparation software and tax advisory is preferred.
• Ability to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to maximize deductions, minimize liabilities, and plan future taxes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build local client relationships through community engagement.
