Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as Retail Experts in our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

This on-site role focuses on providing full-service tax preparation and expert tax guidance to customers while growing local client relationships. As a Retail Expert, you will engage with the community, leverage marketing support, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of tax preparation experience.
• Experience in local community outreach and client generation.
• Comfortable working onsite in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally and act as public face in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers.
• Grow client base through referrals and local marketing activities.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build lasting relationships.
