Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and product support to customers in-person while building your local client base.

You’ll engage with the community, deliver personalized tax guidance, and help clients achieve positive financial outcomes, supported by Intuit's marketing and tools.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Must have or obtain PTIN to file taxes by law.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040s per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite 20+ hours per week, including weekends.
• Interest in building local/online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in front-facing retail.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base through relationship-building and outreach.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and clear, personalized guidance.
