Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as Retail Experts at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will perform in‑person tax return preparation and provide tax advice using TurboTax products, while engaging with customers and building local relationships. You will active-ly promote TurboTax services in the community, supporting marketing efforts and growing a local client base.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sundays through Saturdays, for at least 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide in‑person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement and marketing support.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long‑term client relationships.
