Job summary

Intuit seeks locally stationed TurboTax Retail Experts to perform on-site tax return preparation and advisory services at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide. You will serve customers in person, offering tax guidance, calculations, and product support while building lasting client relationships in the community.

Ideal candidates hold active EA/CPA/attorney licenses with strong tax prep experience, are comfortable in a front-facing retail role, and can work onsite up to 20+ hours

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations and software/support to customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement and marketing support.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
