Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide tax advice, prepare returns, and build a local client base while engaging with the community.

The role emphasizes on-site presence, strong knowledge of tax laws, and an entrepreneurial drive to grow client relationships and revenue. A competitive benefits package accompanies the role.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per tax season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday–Saturday, for ≥20 hours/week.
• Interest in building a local/online social presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating accessible tax content.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax customers, from simple to complex situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
