Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to prepare taxes and advise customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will work on-site with a team of tax professionals, helping individuals and small businesses navigate tax scenarios and maximize refunds.

You’ll build local relationships, leverage marketing support, and provide friendly, clear tax guidance using TurboTax tools. This is a front-facing, on-site role with a focus on customer success and community

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• 3+ years of paid tax return preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN and ability to obtain state licenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and tax advice at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location.
• Engage with local community to grow client base and loyalty.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and accurate tax solutions.
