Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, while collaborating with a broad team to deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience. Responsibilities include growing the local client base, delivering excellent customer service, and participating in community events.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attny with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete training and development as required by the business.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be featured in marketing materials.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and beneficial for community work.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond simple filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Assist with personal and business tax scenarios, deductions, and amendments.
• Facilitate tax reviews and future planning in plain language.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams as needed.
