Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide tax preparation and expert advice, while growing a local client base and connecting clients to Intuit services like bookkeeping and payroll.

Role emphasizes a team approach, customer care, and a strong community presence, with training, uniforms, and the option to develop broader advisory skills.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience and strong knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Comfort with upskilling into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location and work 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri, ~20 hrs/week.
• Willing to complete required training and development, per business needs.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be open to using name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare TurboTax client returns, including simple to complex cases.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow local TurboTax clients.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, and planning.
• Build lasting client relationships through trust and ongoing engagement.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with a professional demeanor.
