Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert advice in TurboTax locations across the United States. You will serve clients in person and virtually, aiding individuals and small businesses with W-2, investments, and complex tax scenarios.

As a trusted advisor, you will grow the local TurboTax client base, participate in community events, and connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning options.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base and drive local growth.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and professional service in-person and via Intuit tools.
